We ship within Lithuania.
We use the couriers that can deliver to lockup in-post boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Offstar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
