Returns
At Offstar, each piece is produced in limited quantities.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.
Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund
In cases of confirmed defects, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn items
- Washed items
- Items returned without prior notification
- Sale items (if clearly stated as non-returnable)
