{"id":401,"date":"2026-05-29T15:33:09","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T12:33:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/offstarclo.com\/?page_id=401"},"modified":"2026-05-29T15:33:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T12:33:09","slug":"refund-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/offstarclo.com\/en\/refund-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Offstar, each piece is produced in limited quantities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within&nbsp;<strong>14 calendar days<\/strong>&nbsp;of receiving the item, without providing a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned items must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unworn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a condition suitable for resale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>offstarclo@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photos of the item<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of the packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, we will offer either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A replacement (if available), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In cases of confirmed defects, return shipping costs will be covered by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept returns on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Worn items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Washed items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned without prior notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale items (if clearly stated as non-returnable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Returns At Offstar, each piece is produced in limited quantities.
